Leadership Training
The need for strong, values-based leadership has never been greater. Hardly a day goes by without breaking news of yet another ethical or corporate scandal. And while the individuals themselves pay a high price for these failures, so too do the organizations that they work for.
This course takes a hands-on approach for increasing awareness of this dimension of leadership, starting with the relationship between personal and organizational values, how leaders can insure that these values are reflected and reinforced in their interpersonal communication, influence and conflict management, and finally how to lead individuals and teams with the highest levels of integrity and values while still delivering results.

Basic Training
This training takes a “boot camp” approach to provide an accelerated introduction to the fundamentals of Supply Chain Management, and standard terms and concepts for communications with supply chain personnel.
Based around the SCOR model developed by the supply chain council, the training is based around the five areas of the supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver, and return), and takes a “big picture” approach that spans the entire end-to-end supply chain, from “the supplier’s supplier to the customer’s customer”.
In addition, the training also deals with the front end processes of customer management and communication, and the back end topic of overall supply chain network integration and management.
