Below is a sampling of the projects we've been involved with over the years:
The Revolar Wearables Project
Revolar is a company based in Denver, CO that produces wearable devices for personal security. At the time we began working with Revolar, they only had a rough vision for how the product and how it would work - but had not started product design or manufacturing processes.
Typically companies at this stage take 2-3 years to get their product to market. With the help of Epic Innovation, the Revolar product was successfully developed and launched in 7 months - a record time for a products of this complexity.
How We Helped:
Our CEO joined the Revolar team and became Chief Product Officer + Chief Technology Officer to lead the product development and commercialization efforts.
Created the product specifications and functional specifications.
Hired the product development team of hardware and software engineers, and guided this team through the product development process and launched into mass production.
Negotiated supply agreements with suppliers and manufacturers including pricing, and terms, and conditions.
Provided updates to the Revolar Board of Directors and Investors regarding product timelines and development updates.

OptiEnz Sensors is a biotech company in Colorado that produces biosensors for real time measurement of chemical composition in fluid flow. At the time we began working with them, they were developing this technology in a lab environment. OptiEnz needed help to scale and commercialize their production process, and develop a series of products to be used in the various applications. Epic Innovation stepped up to ensure the OptiEnz products were successfully developed and launched around the world.

Our CEO joined the Optienz team as their Chief Operations Officer and led the effort in designing and developing the OptiEnz system and sensors and implemented the biosensor production process.
Worked with the OptiEnz internal team and customers to develop and test several versions of the Optienz systems.
Created a detailed manufacturing process and specifications for the devices.
Evaluated, purchased, and implemented several automated tools to manufacture the products in-house.
Negotiated supply agreements with suppliers and manufacturers including pricing and terms and conditions.
Provided updates to Optienz Board and Investors on product timeline and development updates.
